What are the rules that apply when you use amjili?

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years old and physically located in the Philippines to register and use the amjili platform. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person may hold only one account — duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be suspended without notice. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should update your password immediately and contact our support team. amjili reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to request supporting documents before processing withdrawals or other account actions. Accounts found to belong to ineligible users will be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable rules.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the amjili platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Supported deposit methods include local mobile wallets and bank transfers from major Philippine banks — the full list of accepted methods is available on the payments section of the FAQ page. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. amjili does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Any funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming activity and may not be withdrawn immediately without meeting applicable activity requirements.

3. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the amjili platform are final once confirmed. Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and competition, including rules on void bets, postponed events, and in-play settlement. Casino-style game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes and are not influenced by the platform or any third party. amjili reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system fault, or breach of these terms is identified. Winnings are credited to your account balance after settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions in Section 2. Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or promotional mechanics in bad faith may result in account suspension and forfeiture of affected winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the amjili platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable. You must not use the platform for anyform of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. You must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, or use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate benefits, or evade a previous suspension is strictly forbidden. Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing third parties to operate your account on your behalf is not permitted. Any attempt to abuse the platform's systems, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users' experience will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.

5. Privacy and Data Use
